Our policy lasts 30 days. As soon as your item arrives, the 30 day refund policy begins. After 30 days of possession of our item, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

If the item is defective due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect item or a poor quality item). Items must be returned with proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. We inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your paypal account or to your payment method, within 24 hours.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, re-recognize your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it takes a while.

Then contact your bank. There is still processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is registered.
